Veaceslav Seremet is a senior professional in finance and audit, with over 20 years of experience in financial management, external audit, and reporting.
Holding the qualifications of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he has held leadership and coordination roles within international audit firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Moore Stephens, and Baker Tilly.
Throughout his career, he has also served as Finance Director and Controlling Director, contributing to the development of financial systems and the consolidation of reporting for corporate groups across various industries.
His expertise covers audits under NAS and IFRS, group audits, donor-funded project audits, as well as financial modelling and internal controls.

Marcel Coscodan is an audit professional with over 7 years of experience, having held leadership and coordination roles within renowned international audit firms such as Moore Stephens, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and Ernst & Young.
He has led audit engagements across multiple industries, ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
His expertise includes audits under NAS and IFRS, IFRS conversions, audits of IT Park residents, and AML compliance.

Alina Drumea is a Partner in Accounting and Tax, with over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit, financial management, and international reporting.
A recognized expert in the financial and accounting field, she has built a strong career in coordinating projects focused on tax optimization, implementation of accounting policies, donor audits, and financial reporting for investors and regulatory authorities.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with international organizations such as International Rescue Committee (IRC), Sommet Global (Switzerland), Hope4 UK, Fartrade Consulting, Newway Holding (UK), and other entities across various industries, providing clarity and structure in complex financial environments.
